What helps us reply faster

Factual corrections and broken authority links outrank open-ended brainstorms. Partnership notes should explain audience fit without inventing a product this domain sells, because it does not sell one.

Keep pitches short. Send a follow-up only if we reply. If the question is really a ruling, check the glossary and a public booklet first, then write if our summary is wrong.
